Research Area:
I am passionate in exploring various aspects in gynecology and obstetrics. My research is focused on ovarian biology in particular to PCOS and its different management strategies. The gynecological PCOS is prevalent in the reproductive ages women even in adolescent. Multiple genes and comorbidities, identification of enriched pathways associated with PCOS and various therapeutic approaches for its management using varied rat/mouse models are being explored at the preclinical level.

Female reproductive health is an important concern worldwide so is in India. Several reproductive disorders like endometriosis, and uterine pathologies are major problems that affect their normal daily life. In this context, I am exploring the pathological mechanics of uterine dysfunctions using various animal and humanoid models. Specifically, I am investigating the factors responsible for dysregulated cellular events alteration, leading to ectopic endometrial tissue sustenance at the nuclear factors levels.

Research Area:
I am working on female reproductive disorders, particularly benign tumor/fibroid, endometriosis. My objective is to check kinases signaling pathways, which are altered during endometriosis. I am trying to use site directed mutagenesis to restore the normal cellular events associated with endometriosis using various in vitro model systems. Further, yeast-two-hybrid is exploited to understand the kinase interactome in the endometrial cells.

I am curious to kinase the atypical cellular intermediate modulating the signal transduction orchestra in endometriosis and PCOS, as health disorders are developed in imbalanced cellular pathways. Also, my objective is to perceive the role of Atypical MAPK in pregnancy outcome in endometriosis and PCOS.
