Core Competencies and Activities

  • ● Target-based phenotypic screening for identifying novel candidate molecules.
  • ● Design and synthesize novel and targeted chemical scaffolds for metabolic diseases.
  • ● Understand disease mechanisms using state-of-the-art technologies such as echocardiography, MicroCT, intravital and confocal imaging, flow cytometry, high content screening, and extracellular flux analysis.
  • ● Decipher molecular mechanisms using NextGen sequencing and allied informatics approaches
